Questions & Answers

How does the complimentary 360Vu work?

If you select a certain membership plan, you can take an opportunity to try our service before paying the full price for it. To obtain a complimentary 360Vu, you must provide us with the property details via www.360Vu.co.uk/BookVu. We will require some 15 - 45 minutes to our 360 degree photographs of the property.

Can I change/cancel plans anytime?

After your membership subscription beings, there are two ways of changing or cancelling your membership. If you are a new member owning a Bronze, Silver or Gold plan, you can switch to another higher level plan only with 1 month's notice. Cancelling is accessible for all our members regardless of their membership plan. Cancellation must be done via email (BookVu@360Vu.co.uk).

What happens after my complimentary 360Vu?

Your complimentary 360Vu will be ready 36-72 hours after we have visited your chosen property. Your 360Vu will be ready to be shared with you. All complimentary 360Vu's are presented in person via a face to face presentation at your offices. Our presentations can last up to 30 minutes.

Do you offer discounts on your plans?

We have thought very carefully about the pricing of our membership plans and have already included discounts, which are obtained with the more 360Vu ordered. Prices start at £49.99 ex VAT on our Bronze plan and are discounted to as low as £29.99 ex VAT on our Platinum plan.

My account has expired, can I recover it?

If you received a notification via e-mail or SMS about your account expiration, you can still recover it during the next 30 days using our website. If you don't have a possibility to do it, you drop us a brief email via tech@360Vu.co.uk

How do I access to my account?

You can access your account using our website or follow the link you receive in registration e-mail. Then you need to enter your membership number or username and the password you received in registration e-mail. We have tried to make the member zone of our site as comfortable and secured as it can be, equipping it with an intuitive interface, and we hope you like it.
